Diving in the Reef

What's life like at work?

Days start around 07:00. Boats run two morning dives and one in the afternoon, with occasional night dives. You’ll guide courses, fun dives, and DSDs. Typically, 2–4 dives per day. Equipment handling, tank swaps, and guest logistics are shared team duties.

How's life after work?

Dive pros live in shared apartments near West End or Sandy Bay. Evenings mean beach bars, food shacks, or quiet nights by the water. Days off bring snorkelling, freediving, or island-hopping to Utila. Life is social, affordable, and entirely centred on diving.
